Payments

After receiving approval from the client to begin any (labor related) work order, We Want a Web requires a fifty percent payment of the order. This payment covers our approved labor and is non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients are billed the remaining balance once the approved work is completed. Final payment must be made before any public display, or duplication of the completed work is allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations

A “cancellation” occurs when the customer or supplier voids an order for the work, before the work order is started. If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, the client shall be entitled to a full refund. It is at this point‚ and no later‚ that the customer may cancel.

Refunds

We Want a Web guarantees to give it's clients a refund for the following reasons: * Your order cannot be completed by We Want a Web or it's associates. * Your request to cancel the order is received before the order is started.
You may contact us regarding your purchase from We Want a Web for a pro-rated refund for the percentage of (non-labor related) services that are not used. A refund is the actual reimbursement of a pro-rated percentage of a product to a customer. We Want a Web accomplishes the refund by crediting the pro-rated amount back to the customer’s credit card or originally charged account. Under some circumstances, a refund check may be issued.
